After completing my yoga training for children ages 5-12 years old which was truly an uplifting and enlightening experience, I am keen to share the yoga journey with children.
I want to share this knowledge with children, so they can also receive the benefits both to the mind and body. Yoga can help with relationships and creativity, overall self-confidence, body awareness and respecting others.

They absolutely loved all the different poses named after animals and loved the illustrations of the flash cards and books.
